Hi for the PC Engine I have

Magic Chase
Parodius

My 5yo daughter loves the graphics but find the game play a bit too hard
is there any easier games that she can play that have cutsie graphics?

Or even If I play them while she watches the game it would be good to have some alternatives.

(I have some megadrive stuff but I'm getting annoyed by Barney and McDonald games)

thanks...

The 'Bonk' series of games have cute graphics (especially when his head size increases) - Not very easy gameplay, so one for you to play!

GPengine ...

Bomberman 94 (super cute super fun, kids can play ... you get to ride kangaroos)
Chew Man Fu (cute puzzle game, even kids could play)
Coryoon (horiz shooter w/ huge cute graphics)
dragon's egg (platform game, more cute dragons hehe)
Fushigi (alice in wonderland platformer, yr a girl)
Hana Tah (horiz shooter, you're a bird)
new zeland story (platformer, bird with arrows)
son son (platform, you're a monkey w/ a stick)
Detana or Twin Bee (verticle shooter)

kirby's dreamland is a game for nes/gbc that obviously borrowed from liquid kids ... besides the regular kirby's games there kirby's pinball land for GB ... personal favorite of mine!!!

DrMD also has aladin ... other disney ones ...

edit: didn't mean to dupe zorn posted while i was writing

I know its not PC Engine but on MAME Penguin Kun Wars is a very 'cute' game with penguins throwing things at each other.

Excellent game also

If you're into shooters, I believe a couple of the Parodius games are on PCE. Parodius is a bit like gradius. It's worth a try.

it's all in the name, parodius is a parody of gradius and the pc engine version along with detana twin bee are both excellent conversions with only the sound being slightly lacking over the arcade/super famicom and x68000 versions.
