Hi All,

TI99Sim is a very good emulator of Texas Instruments
TI99 home computer running on Windows and Unix.
The emulator faithfully imitates the TI99/4 model
(see http://www.mrousseau...grams/ti99sim/)

GP2X-TI99 is a port on GP2X of the version 0.1.0 of TI99Sim.

How to use it ? Everything is in the README.txt file.

If you want to convert games etc ... have a look to Ti99/sim web site
for more informations (http://www.mrousseau.org/programs/ti99sim/).

Sources are included, and this package is under the GNU public licence,
read COPYING.txt file for more information about it.

You can download it on my blog :
http://zx81.zx81.free.fr/

Enjoy,

Zx.

I get only the splash screen and after it goes back to the gp2x menu.
I suppose it needs Ti99/4 rom files, and I've downloaded them and put in "roms" folder, but it doesn't work.

What files are needed?

And... in "kbd" dir there isn't any sample file ("default.kbd")

All required files are already part of the package ... have you a F200 or F100 gp2x ?
To generate a sample default.kbd just use the "save" option in the keyboard setting files.

(and it's maked a tmp folder called ".ti99sim")

you have to launch it in the ti99 directory (not with absolute path).
I launch it using the GP2X menu and it works.

I'm having the same issues described above. v1 F100 2.1.1 FW (clean system no hacks or addons), run from the standard launcher - the program shows the splash screen then exists. If run from sterm I see the error about 'Unable to locate console roms'. I also saw it create a .ti99sim folder on SD /

The ti99 directory is stored on my SD under /emulators
