Putting up UK page first allows them to make sure it's working alright, w/o the added worry of forex backlash right away.

No, you'll likely receive a refund and will have to reorder. Many people are 1 month out still waiting. And the refund e-mail is not out yet as there are still payment options in flux as the sticky http://www.gp32x.com...showtopic=45767 mentions. Although some people are stating Xoom is an interesting possibility, I think it introduces yet another link in the chain that could break. Personally, I'm going to take the hit and send a cashier's cheque. The hit I take is a hit the Pandora team won't have to.

Are ALL US CC orders being refunded? I.e. is it inevitable that it is coming? Is ther ehope they won't need to refund? Seems odd to have NO word for this long.

^ You might be one of the lucky ones who isn't getting refunded. You can reply to your original order confirmation email and ask.

My refund is there now. It may have appeared a few days ago or more, I haven't checked in a while to be honest, and was traveling a bit the past couple of weeks.

Only$326 though, and IIRC my original order cost close to $400 (Pandora + TV Cable + Dev Donation).

I really haven't been keeping up with all this stuff, so if anyone can explain what happened again there I'd appreciate it. Exchange rates etc. I suppose...? I sent a reorder email, so I'm hoping things will be even after that.

Yes. Your $400 was converted into GBP when you ordered. Since the GBP vs USD rate has changed so much in the last couple months, when it was converted back into USD it is now considerably less. As long as you are reording, it won't make any differnce for you, since you will only have to pay the exact amount you were refunded. The currency conversion works both ways, so when the new, smaller amount of USD gets converted back, it will be the same amount in GBP as before.
