ok i just want to modify 2 source to get it working at 166mhz.

i did some pascal 10 years ago. so maybe i will able to change the clock speed of littlejohn (ljgp32_03.fxe) and fgb32 ( first build)

but am a start for this. can you tell me all tools i need to do the clock speed change

What i need.

i know i will have to compile it. but 10 years ago... i dont remember very well.

i did a very small game in pascal some years ago.

All you need is a hex editor, the cpu speed will be stored backwards, you should be able to find and replace it, save and run.
