GPH has just released a new firmware.

V1.2.0 can be downloaded from the Korean site.
I'm currently uploading it to the archive, as the download speed it pretty slow.

Download: WIZ Firmware 1.2.0

Thanks for the news go to NewsWeez.

Hi I'm Dusty Attenborough, in the korea GP2X fan site. gpain.org

This firmware has a some bugs. GPH is currently working on new firmware bug-fix.
Until the announcement of new firmware does not recommend installing this firmware.

1. text crashing in flash player menu (marked with a wrong Chinese)
2. calender can not view
3. in the setting, information, firmware version displayed 1.1.1 (but really 1.2.0)
4. some game display crashing (ex. propis demo)
5. Yet undiscovered bugs..

thanks

p.s. Google translation was used. I don't know the right means to be passed.

Yes, i know. I created this thread before that one, but moderation put it later. No problem if they delete this threat, now is useless.

I wished I never created my thread now ( http://www.gp32x.com/board/index.php?/topic/51431-new-firmware-v-120-out-now/ ) as I've opened a can of worms. I've now edited it, hopefully nobody else will download the Korean firmware.
Cheers, Neil

Thatīs true. I installed this firmaware yesterday, an so far i donīt notice any problem, i hope when the proper firmware itīs available thereīll be no problem to install it. Maybe will be necessary to uninstall the asian one to put the occidental firmware...

Thanks for the info!

BTW. The firmware runs on my with without big problems and has some nice improvements already in it. (OpenGl/refresh rate)
