Their Finest Hour: The Battle of Britain. I'll be keen to try the Atari ST version of this too, for science.

The only few DOS games I ever really enjoyed are far to late-end DOS to work on the Panda.

"Blood" - is a particular favourite of mine, relentless, fast paced & gory! if you have ever played "Duke 3D" you will know what to expect, as it was also developed by 3D Realms.

The 2 Discworld point and click adventures would be great :)

For them is much better to use ScummVM (and for many more games).

I would love to revisit Curse of Enchantia, Big Red Racing, Cannon Fodder I & II, Battle Bugs, Overlord, F29 Retaliator, The Incredible Machine more & II, Warcraft I & II, Gobliins I II & III, lemmings series, One Must Fall 2097,

And some I've never played but I'd like to try: Dragonsphere, Alien Incident, Alone in the Dark, Lure of the Temptress, Fable, Legend of Kyrandia I II & III, Ultima series, Dune 2,

Likewise, however I have little expectations this will run at full speed on the Pandora..

-Warcraft
-Settlers
-Battle Isle 3 (lets see, requires at least Windows 3.1 AFAIK)

Space Quest are Scumm games, I'd suggest using ScummVM for them. I'm sure its a lot faster and will take up less resources/power.

AFAIK Scummvm only supports the old SCI0 engine (earlier Sierra Games with typing interface and EGA graphics).

Yeah, you're right, you need to check the compatibility of the games you own first. If it is supported though ScummVM it is better though.

These threads are always a good place to find games to play, I've already found a few I want to try through this thread. Finding a legal copy is the problem. . .

Betrayal at Krondor was such an amazing game. Have you read any of Feist's novels?

Well, actually I loved it for its gameplay (I didnīt finish it so I couldnīt appreciate its promising story)

On the other hand, the depressing and shattered world of Darksun really encouraged me to read the novels :)

Pickle did a demo of 3.11 wfw (windows for workgroups)for me and it looked good. So an normal copy of 3.1 should work well.

Oh, I still have my copy of Arena and Daggerfall. Will those work? I pretty much only played Daggerfall, in fact, I have no idea why I even have Arena.

Iīm pretty aware of that, buddy ;)

In GP2X times, I was constantly scrutinizing Amiga and Atari contents in order to get alternative and faster versions of my favourite games but I ended up getting stuck with DOS (no multi-disk hassle).I also have Scummvm updates into account for this very matter.

I wish I had known Mobygames by then...a real time-saver

You still have Arena because Bethesda is giving it out free.
It's a real shame the Pandora won't get up to playable speeds with these games.
