when using Sebt3's build loading a rom reports error: no graphics plugin specified.

I'd also like to thank Sebt3 for the effort as I understand that getting the application to build was a bit of a difficult task

It seems that I've screwed a bit the packaging. I just uploaded a (hopefully) fixed version at the same download place.

Sorry for that...

Thanks sebt3

Some quick tips. You need to manually set the plugins. Goto Options>Configure>Plugins.
Graphics: gles2n64
Audio: notaz's OSS audio r2
Input: PPSP Input 2
RSP: leave as is

Now set your rom directory under Rom Browser. Once this is done, click on OK (use the shift key and the pointer to move the window up) now it'll cache the roms, this may take a few mins depending on the amount of roms. At this stage I would suggest clicking on File then Quit, so it'll save the settings. I found that if I went straight into a rom, then quit out using the Pandora button, the settings were not saved!

Not sure about the latest build in non PND form but for all prior version you had to enter the config of the chosen gfx plugin, into its text and then edit the line "frame render rate=2" etc

FS set as 2 is actually 1 frameskipped in this emu and for Mario 64 gives good performance at about 800mhz.

Just to make sure, there's no such thing as auto frameskip in this emulator, right? It would be ever-so-nice if there was. ;) Might make quite a few more games playable.

Yes there is. You have to chose Options then Graphics Settings. It opens a config file. In that file is a line that says "frame render rate=1"
Change it to 2 for 1 frameskip and go up from there.

I'm using the latest build (made by sebt?) and to me it seems the whole gfx-config file has lost meaning. What ever I change there, it doesn't affect the emulator.

Does anyone have any idea as to why my Mupen64Plus (I've tried both this latest version and the previous one)is running incredibly choppily? My settings:

CPU Speed: 800 Mhz
CPU Core: Dynamic Recompiler
Graphics: frame buffer width x height: 640 x 480; frame render rate = 1
Audio: notaz's OSS audio r2

I just got a new Pandora through RMA, installed the latest Hot Fix, and am finding that Mario 64 is running at around full speed, but the display is incredibly choppy as if it were frame skip 3 or 4. My first 2 Pandoras played Mario 64 rather smoothly at frame render rate = 1...is it the hot fix?

Frameskip is on by default. Turn it off (in graphics options I think)
