in the config file gles2n64rom.conf (using the 0.0.5 plugin):
rom name=PAPER MARIO
auto frameskip=0
frame render rate=1
update mode=4
Still you will run into issues with black/colored textures later and flickering reoccures in the castle when it gets dark.

For 0.0.5 you have two config files:
- The global configuration
gles2n64.conf
Settings in here affect all games. This file can be
opened and edited with Mupens 'Configuration' menu entry.
- The 'per game' configuration
gles2n64rom.conf
Settings in here affect only the respective game. Each
game 'inherits' the global settings from gles2n64.conf but
these options can override the settings in the global
configuration.
This file can only be opened externally (yet), there is no
GUI option to access it at the moment.

From other (PC) Emulators I have old N64 Save Files in various formats, does Mupen support one of these? Endings are: .sra .fla .eep and .pj in zip file.
I hope at least the eeprom could be used in Mupen?

What has the display mode to do with a save state? The Pandora version of mupen64plus currently does not really support save states, there is no way to access them in fullscreen mode. As a workaround you can load and save however when you set the GFX driver to windowed mode. To do so open the GFX configuration file and set fullscreen to 0. Place your savegames files in <sdcard>/pandora/appdata/mupen64plus-r1/config/save. Good luck.
However, I thought more onto the "official" game internal saves, no emulator "cheated" quicksaves. I hope the Module internal save functions work, otherwise it doesn't make much sense to play Zelda or Mario.

Nice, I guess the ingame save state format is identicaly on all Emulators, I want to use old ingame stats from "Project64" I've used onto the PC to continue these games onto the Pandora, I still have a long way to go in Ocarina of Time.As Schnatterplatsch already said save 'in game' works of course.

Yes... you just need to match the name of the save up to your rom name.
"native" game saves are pretty standard.

How can I overclock the roms? I don't want to use the global OC function of the Pandora so I'm searching for per-game-OC.
