Includes binaries for registered and sharware versions. Get the sharware data from the 3d realms site. Put data files in the appdata folder.
Also includes arrgh's widescreen changes so the game can run at 800x480. If you dont want this change the resolution back to 640x480 in the config file under appdata/.rott

Thanks again for OpenLierox Pickle!

Actually I played the dos version many years ago, ive also played the more recent Scorched 3d. Not sure which one you mean (Scorched 3D would be beyond my opengl ability to port).
Came across this too, which should work pretty quickly: xscorch (http://www.xscorch.org/)

Also i didnt learn about liero until recently.

I researched this a little while waiting for the Pandora at some point. XScorch is Open and would totally rock.
I learned about Liero from the Dingux port. Much fun! It reminded me of Scorched Earth a lot. I actually registered my shareware version of this back in the day as well. (Thanks Wendell!)

Thanks for the reply!
