Did anybody test this yet with GOG's release of IWD, BG, or PST?
If I'm not mistaken GOG only made some modifications to the windows executables, not to the actual data files.
So they should run without any problems. Haven't tested it though.

if it's writing it's log data to stdout, that can be seen in /tmp/pndrungemrbsomething. Not sure what the exact filename would be, but it'll be something like that.
Thanks a lot,
indeed it logs under /tmp/pndrungemr61_run.out. If only I'd known that earlier
Concerning the widescreen mod:
Actually it is way more simple than described in my earlier post. There is no need to manually fiddle around with the PND, only the steps 1-4 apply. One just needs to copy the upgraded data files to the SD and start Planescape via gemrb.pnd. Allthough not directly specified in the ini file Planescape is displyed correctly at 800 x 480 and well playable.

Be patient, it seems to take a while for it to actually get updated there.
I tried to implement DJWillis' code, but i haven't quite figured it out yet. The touchscreen problem has been solved, but I have not been able to get rid of the annoying X cursor. I'm not a coder so much so give me some time to figure it out.
Also very important: Data files now need to go to /pandora/appdata/gemrb/ This because of future updates.
When i have some time i will figure out the cursor and the problem with removing savegames.
Thanks and good luck.

Any advice?
Cheers & thanks!
Edit: I did manage to find pst.cfg inside the pnd by mounting it, but it says Fullscreen=1 - but somehow, that doesn't work. Any hints, anybody? If I save this file in pandora/appdata/gemrb, will it take that file instead?

I haven't had the chance to give it much love yet, but pst starts, (movie plays after moving all the .bif files to the root), but it's windowed, and I can't find any .cfg's to change that. BTW: I got version 0.62 from dl.openhandhelds.org
Any advice?
Cheers & thanks!

You can make it fullscreen by pressing "f". I forgot to mention this, sorry about that. I think it has to do with the new version of gemrb.

Cool, that worked
I did do the widescreen mod, steps 1-4, but for me, it's still in 640x480, so I'm guessing since 0.62 I /do/ need to change the cfg for widescreen to work?
What files do you need from the gog.com installation of bg1 in order to get it to run on gemrb? I'm trying to get bg1 to on my n900 (don't have my Pandora yet).

I see that PST works, in widescreen even, but is it finishable?
Is BG2 performance better now?

Anyway, I'll be watching this thread closely, the Infinity games are the ones I'm most excited to play on my Pandora.

Moving all .bif files from data and data/Data into the main directory doesn't work (then the game doesn't even run anymore).
Any ideas here?

Question. Why are some games/emulators etc.. found in the Pandora File Archive and others in the Pandora AppStore ?
Is there any rhyme nor reason to why some are in one location or another ?
