I haven't had any luck. If any run they do so very poorly

I tried running a couple in PicoDrive just for the heck of it, and even when I overclock most of them still run pretty slow. Oh well.

32x is not fully implemented and is not fully optimized.

Are there plans to optimize it? I never had a 32x which is why I was curious to play some of the games. Could the Wiz handle 32x emulation? I figure since it handles PS1 emulation mostly well that it shouldn't be a problem but I dunno for sure.

notaz said there's plenty of optimisation which could be done, but he doesn't seem to be working on it at the moment. Hope he goes back to PicoDrive soon.
