How about a category for Favorite ROMs.
In the snes, genesis, mame and all the other emulators.

A button/text, inside each emulator menu where you can see & add your favorite's game.

Some of the emulators support folders. You have a folder called "favorites", for example. I know the Gpsp for gba does.
