Hello I bought a second-hand Pandora about a year ago. While it was incredibly fun and versatile it no longer is sadly. I might as well just list the problems: When I plug the unit in it does not charge nor does it receive power at all. Also both analog nubs are completely shot. Finally the case itself is coming apart and the shoulder buttons feel like they are about to come off. Now my question is there anyone capable of servicing the unit here in the States? Having bought the thing second hand I don't have a clue as to any warranty but I love my Pandora (when it works) enough to pay someone for repairing mine. Please any help or information would be greatly appreciated.
Help Please?

Contact Evil Dragon. He will service any Pandora regardless of where you purchased it. Some of the problems you're having are "Factory Defect" issues that he has fixed for free in the past for second hand users. The shipping to Germany isn't so bad if you leave the battery out.

You can try sending him a private message on these boards, or the official boards at openPandora.org. You could try emailing info@openpandora.de explaining your situation.
I also wanted to add that EvilDragon is a very busy guy and it takes him a long time to go through the PMs and e-mails. Please be patient with him.
