Castlevania Pcsx Rearmed Fullscreen?

Ive asked before but never got an answer, is Castlevania Symphony of the Night supposed to be in full screen on PCSX Rearmed? Because on my Caanoo with R14 the screen is much smaller than full screen during gameplay. PCSX4all will play it in full screen but I can't get it working at full speed with sound. Thanks for replies!

It's native resolution is 256x224, upscaling has not been implemented.

Not really, but there might be some fix releases and maybe cheat support in future.
