Ya I have been looking at these too. Verizon uses one that can bend up
here
but the one you found is nice because it goes sideways.

Good point about the shoulder button...

Still nice find ! The rotating usb thing is really good idea.
Did you check if they work nicely in linux ?

Those USB thingies are dumb. Just use your phone, that way nothing will stick out, youŽll have a free USB port and more battery life.

i know its possible to use a phone as a wireless modem, but i was planning on using a pandora as a skype phone , so i don't need another thing bouncing around my pockets just to make calls on.

Usb modems tend to be getting more generic by the day,but each cell phone company has their own software..this could mean a pandora mobile internet client,maybe?

isnt it possible to mod the pandora to0 have one of the smaller 3g cips on the motherboard?

do those chips need a contract or do they just always work wherever u are in the world?

you will need a provider, but if there was anyway to get a 3g chip on the motherboard (that you could turn off to save battery life) id sure as hell do it
