Hi, I was wondering what would be the best way to remove some rather minor scratches from the 2x's screen. I saw a good item for ipod scratches, but I just wonder if the two are different?

How about the polisher attachment on a Dremmel? It says it can remove light surface scratches?

Test it first on an old CD box, if you don't like the result you haven't done it on the GP2x!

Toothpaste is traditionally used for polishing plastics - it has very small abrasive particles in it. Wouldn't use a tooth brush though, and if you use the wrong toothpaste it'll smell minty forever... I've used it on perspex before, but yeah, CD case first...

you could get a new one. i'm assuming you mean the plastic screen cover, so yeah i think some people must have them in stock still.

If you can't stand it you can buy a new screen panel here:

I use some toothpaste.

The moment he takes his screen panel off, he leaves himself open to dust, which imo is worse than scratches.

Ha! That is exactly the same product I was thinking about to link to but it was in a Norwegian shop that doesn't ship worldwide.
