Did someone tried the usbhostfs driver/kernel module for gp2x? With this utility you should be able to emulate a part of your hdd as usb stick and "share" it with your gp2x. Unfortunaly I couldnt find the source, its used in the psp scene... anyone has more information about this?

You mean the internal PCs hard drive, right? we can already access external hard drives through usb.

We can also use Samba file sharing to access our PC's hard drives across the USB network, so again, no real need for this on the gp2x except for completeness.

you can use smbmount on gp2x to mount a share on your pc, i used this often for testing the ps1 emulator.
