I want remove my joystick cap to build a new one but it doesn't move! I pull strongly but nothing moves.... I tried heating with a phon and still no luck. What can I do?

Pull more strongly, or if you dont mind use your teeth like I did.
Yes it can feel like it's glued to it put you just need to use more power.

mine came off in my pocket, wen i pulled it out
hadnt taken it off before ~~
so shudnt be too hard, just get pulling!
