Does anyone know if it's any good and how many clusters should I format it to ?

It should be pre-formatted when you receive it, but I'd try to copy some large files to it to ensure it's integrity.

I have a Transcend 4GB and it was factory formatted to 32K. I would recommend keeping it this way. I tried 4K clusters and I got lots of corruption. After a few formats I decided to try 32K again and no problems since.

Mine is factory settings and no problems whatsoever.

Hi Sphinxter,

Have you had any problems transfering files on the card - i.e filling the card up over 2gb as I had a Kingston 4GB card and it restricted me to only 2GB.

I even tried 4 different card readers !
