Does anyone know the best place for a good deal on a GP2X? (aside from eBay)?
I was hoping to pay close to $100 shipped for either an MK1 or MK2 for even a used one in decent condition.

For that price, you're going to have to get a used machine.
eBay is your best bet.

Yeah, eBay's your best bet for your price range.
