I have released a new version of the Gmu Music Player. Version 0.9.1 is a little update to the 0.9.0 version which I released just a few days before. The 0.9 series is the first to officially support the Caanoo, among support for other devices like the Dingoo A320 and the Pandora.

8Blitter is a MasterSystem/Gamegear/Gameboy emulator. None of the emulators is a port, or using existing code.

 

There are surely better emulators out there for each individual system, but i have been sitting on this for a while, so i thought, why not release it, as it has some useful features:

- Rewind and Fast Forward
- OpenGL ES rendering rendering/scaling on Wiz, which looks quite nice and eliminates tearing
- Hopefully, a nice interface
- In-game savestate menu with live preview of savestates
- Game selection menu with touchscreen keyboard search function
- Game selection menu shows total play time, and available saves

 

Currently, only the Wiz version is available. I have a working Pandora version, but it needs a bit more work. I hope i can release it this weekend.

Just recompiled this utility.

It's an editor for sound files who can also record from the internal mic of the pandora.

I have tested with my Pandora and have recorded my voice correctly with it

Some tip to enable mic recording on Pandora (i use the latest firmware)

First follow the wiki about enabling mixer controls see here http://pandorawiki.o...ystem#Recording

In order to obtain the mic to record from this program go to EDIT/Preferences and switch to SOUND tab,

now on driver options choose Settings and type on Recording device hw:0,1

Now go to PLAY menu and select Record at bottom (or press F12) .

The first time you run this utillity you have to set the Sample format, otherwise we can't record.

I choose other format and changed this parameters:

Channels : Stereo (mono is not supported by the driver)

Sample type : 16 bit PCM

and left as default the others.

I have published the final version of my port of this very nice game, a remake (in C and SDL), of a original Game Maker game by Locomalito

Is based on the code by nevat ( for the linux version available here http://code.google.com/p/abbaye-for-linux/) and doragasu (for the Pandora version ) , i have only added button controls and created a package for Caanoo.

this version have fullspeed and is compiled using the new 1.11 version of the code by nevat.

The controls are :

DPAD = Move directions left/right/down (to crouch) ..up is not used

X = jump and start the game

B = jump

HELP1 = change gfx from 8 bit to 16 bit

Y = in the main menu show info of the game.

The game is a bit slow but playable.  Now the game is nearly fullspeed.

I will upload a video of Caanoo and GP2X version soon...

This is my new port for Pandora...it's Super Tirititran by CaninoStudios

Is a classic shmup but ambiented on the city of Cadiz (in Spain).
Its a spanish game and spanish is the only language available for the game...
i have tried to change it but is a BIG work and don't have such time (and motivation), plus is not essential to play the game.

Warning : This game is very hungry about RAM, if you (like me) have a 256MB Pandora use the swap tools and enable a swapfile BEFORE run the game...otherwise tend to crash.
Maybe on 512MB ram Pandoras this is not a problem...

Keys are fixed and is not possible to change in game :
DPAD = move
Return = select options
A or B (button) = primary fire
X (button) = secondary fire
SPACE = access intercom (talk with other)
R (rear button) = access extra items
L (rear button) = choise selected item
P = Pause
S = take screenshot
ESC = Quit
